VA Pension Income Limits

What are the income limitations in my state in order to qualify for VA Assisted Living?

The VA does not have an assisted living program per se. Income that a veteran receives from the VA Pension program can be used to cover the costs of assisted living in a facility the veteran chooses. If a veteran requires "aid and attendance," then the benefit may be higher than the base pension amount.

Veterans' benefits are not administered on a state-by-state basis. This is a federal program administered by the Veterans Administration. The VA Pension web page has more information about pensions, the income limits necessary to qualify, and the aid and attendance provision. On that page the "A&A" table is the one for veterans needing aid and attendance.
